A Floating Hexagon? It's easier than you think 

And I have to admit it was super fun too! Sometimes I am intimidated by fun folds. How about you? But this one came together easily and it was so fun to make that I want to make more---especially since it folds flat and fits in an A2 envelope! (Special thanks to Susan Campfield who adjusted this hexagon design to fit the envelope). 

The STORYBOOK MOMENTS Designer Series Paper is so fun with all of the little critters and the springtime motif. It also makes creating projects even easier with 2 pages of punch out images!

Friendly Seagulls Sale-A-Bration Stamp Set - Crafty Challenge - Blog Hop

 

Welcome to our Crafty Challenge Blog Hop. It's a sketch challenge this time! Fun, Friendly & Fabulous! 

I love a challenge, and this sketch challenge was easy and fun!  

I hadn't had the chance to use my FRIENDLY SEAGULLS stamp set that I got for free with my ($60 USD) product order during the January-February Sale-A-Bration time, so I thought these fun little seagulls would look perfect for this sketch with it's 3-image feature.

Card sketches make it easy to come up with card projects because the layout of the design is already done for you, and if you decide to tweak it just a tad (like I did) it takes very little time to do. 

I also thought I would include the measurements this time: 

Card Base = 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" 

Country Woods DSP = 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"

Crumb Cake Layer = 2 1/8" x 4 1/4"

Pool Party Layer = 1 7/8" x 4 1/4" 

Pool Party scrap for scallop die cut 

Basic White (3 images) = 1 1/4" x 1 5/8"

Basic White (sentiment) = 3/4" x 1 5/8"
