Do You Like Gardening and Greens & Blues?
If you do, then you should like my project for today's blog hop. I started with a challenge to make a monochromatic card using Old Olive.
Then I made one using the pretty STORYBOOK MEMORIES DSP.
I love the Stampin' Blends alcohol markers for making easy work of coloring shaded images. And do you like the little heart?
You can see how I made this card, and easily got this shaded look in my video on my Stamp With Joy YouTube channel.

Giving a Gift Card?
Do you like easy ways to add a gift card pocket to your cards? I do, especially when you it just involves folding your typical half sheet of cardstock a little different.
I started with a 4-1/4" x 11" half sheet of cardstock, and scored it at 4-1/4" and 8-1/2" to make my pocket. (See my how-to video on my YouTube channel for this project linked below).
And for the front of my card I created a layered focal piece using the SNOWFLAKE SKY 3D embossing folder, the beautiful dies and stamps from the DECORATIVE TREES bundle (soon to be retired), and the STYLISH SHAPES dies. Then finishing it off with torn paper snow and the IRIDESCENT STRIPED TRIM. Scroll down to see the complete list of supplies.
Watch and make your own gift card holder cards! Here's the video:
