Loveliest Tree - Crafty Challenge Blog Hop

 

I am happy to be participating in the Crafty Collaborations Crafty Challenge Blog Hop. I'm sure you'll find inspiration by all of the different styles and interpretations of the Dice Roll challenge for this blog hop. Be sure to "hop" all the way around to see every demonstrator's blog post! 

A Roll of the Dice Makes a Nice Card

For this challenge I was able to fit in all of the categories shown on the dice roll: Coloring, In Colors, Sympathy, Pearl and Standard Horizontal.

I used the upcoming new LOVELIEST TREE stamp set (from the 2024-2025 Annual Catalog starting on May 1st)  paired with the 2023-2025 In Color of Moody Mauve. I stamped and layered it with Basic Gray ink & cardstock, and used Stampin' Blends to color the large tree image. I used the Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels to complete with challenge, and added the DISTRESSED TILE 3D embossing folder for some additional texture.

Sweet Thoughts Memories & More - Stamping With Friends - Blogger's Choice

 I'm excited to be participating in this Stamping With Friends Blog Hop and it's blogger's choice this time! Super Simple, Super Quick

Do you like making professional looking, but no fuss, cards? Then making cards with the SWEET THOUGHTS Memories & More card pack and the SWEET THOUGHTS Memories & More cards & envelopes are perfect! I made both of these super easy and fun cards in less than 30 minutes. The card pack is designed with scrapbooking and easy cards in mind. And the possibilities are endless! 

This is the card I CASE'd directly from the January-April 2024 Mini Catalog. 

If you look closely, you can see that I used Stampin' Dimensionals on some of the layers and added some Classic Matte Dots to the center of the butterfly.

Here's the card I came up with on my own using the parts in the card pack. 

I added the Black & White Gingham Ribbon, the gold Simply Elegant Trim and the Brushed Brass Butterflies to "step up" the card. I also used some Mini Stampin' Dimensionals on the butterfly sticker from the card pack.
